Young lady in a grey jogging suit kissing and young man in the doorway of her apartment

Temptation

Matt's arms remained wrapped around Shelia's waist as they stood in the doorway. Without thinking, he lowered his head down and pressed his lips gently against her neck, just below her ear.

Shelia let out a soft sigh, tilting her head slightly giving him a hint for the other side of her neck. "You know what that does to me," she whispered, her fingers gripping the back of his shirt a little tighter. Then, reluctantly, she pulled her gun and placing on the table by the door and looked him in eyes. "I have to go somewhere with my mom soon. I don't want to be late picking her up."

Matt looked at her with a sad expression, his bottom lip poking out with a sad look in his eyes.

Shelia looked at his face and then at her watch, then back at his face. She bit her lip, clearly conflicted. "Oh, who am I kidding?" she said in her head, pulling him inside and kicking the door closed behind them. "Mom can wait just a little longer."

Matt raised an eyebrow. "You sure?"

Instead of answering, Shelia reached up and pulled him down for a kiss.

Thirty minutes later, Shelia phone was ringing and she realized that she was late picking her mother up she started scrambling around her apartment looking for her keys and at the same time trying to fix her hair. Damn she going to be pissed cause I said I wasn’t going to be late.
