The Plunger's Revenge

So, our hotel guest Karen, the Drama Queen of Complaints, wakes up the next day with it on her mind. And I guess the plan was to raise hell about her clogged toilet, of course! But oh no, this is clearly the hotel's fault.

Toilet-plunger

She gets on that phone faster than a cheetah on Red Bull. "No one ever came to fix my toilet since yesterday afternoon when I called," I’m backed up and constipated. This is how you treat your guests. This is unacceptable I’m calling corporate she hollers into the receiver. "This hotel has poor service!"

The front desk clerk didn’t lose her cool when the guest was hollering through the phone. But instead, she just sigh deep enough to tell her she will send maintenance when he comes in ma’am.

When Mike made it to work he didn’t envision himself going to the lady room that almost ran over him and his colleague. He asked could she go with him as a witness. He grab the plunger put his game face on, and was ready to battle whatever Karen's tries to thrown at him.

Mike with the hotel manager knocks on the door. Karen opens the door with a concerned face.

Hotel manager: Yes ma’am I will be assisting him.

Karen: Okay

Mike heads to the bathroom, plunger out in position he makes it to the toilet. He starts plunging away, sweat starts beading on his brow. It's man versus toilet, a battle for the ages!

And then... JACKPOT!

Mike: This is cause of all this chaos? SOAP! A whole dang bar of it was stuck down in the toilet drain lucky the plunger got the job done. Look at it’s not even white anymore looking like it's been through some mud.

Hotel manager: Oh it’s soap.

Mike stares at the toilet. Then at Karen. Then back at the soap. Probably thinking, "I don't get paid enough for this soap opera."

Karen just standing there, looking like a kid caught with her hand in the cookie jar. But does she apologize? Admit her soapy mistake? Nah, she says, now how that get in there? I think I’m being set up?

To be continued...

Will Karen lies catch up with her? And seriously, has anyone seen Tim let’s filed a missing persons report on him for now? Stay tuned, folks – this hotel drama is getting a little bit twisted.
