Standing InTouch With Reality Part 2

Man running through the city real fast

The elevator doors opened with a soft ding, and Mr. Joseph stepped into the hallway. When approaching the lobby he can see through the double glass doors, and he immediately spotted the man standing in the bar area. What Mr. Joseph  saw made him stop in his tracks and made him think about turning around and walking away for a moment.

The man stood in the bar area, tall and not worried about nothing, he was wearing dark colored jogging pants and white T shirt. He was eating one of the hotel's complimentary chocolate chip cookies, with crumbs falling to floor. But it was his other hand that was causing all the problems – it was deep down in the front of his pants, moving in a way that left no doubt that it was inappropriate behavior.

The man eyes remained fixed on the front desk where Ms. Sanderson and Ms. Su were trying their best to maintain their composure while avoiding his staring.

The Hotel guests in the lobby were reacting to the disturbing scene. A couple hurried pushing their children toward the nearest elevators covering their eyes, while an elderly woman clutched her handbag tightly and made a swift exit through the main doors. A businessman who had been reading his newspaper in one of the lobby's lazy boy recliner slowly folded his paper and moved away from the area.

Mr. Joseph's years of experience told him this wasn't going to be a routine situation. The man's behavior– he seemed completely unaware or unconcerned about the disturbance he was causing, lost in his own world as he continued his unsettling display.

Drawing a deep breath, Mr. Joseph opened the lobby door and started walking towards the front desk. Ms. Sanderson sees Mr. Joseph coming and decides to confront the man standing in the bar area. Mr. Joseph looking at the manager and hope she can handle this delicate situation without it escalating.
