His Secret Admiration

 Aaron one morning at work couldn't believe what he was feeling. He had started to develop a deep affection for Sherri, his girlfriend's best friend. Even though Sherri was beautiful, kind and everything Aaron had ever wanted, there was a big problem. Aaron was in a committed relationship.

 He struggled with his inner thoughts daily and spent nights wondering what he should do. Should he break it off with his girlfriend and follow his heart or remain in a relationship that made him feel uncomfortable and not wanted? He asked himself this question again and again without ever reaching a satisfactory conclusion.

 One night, while lying in bed, Aaron made up his mind. He was going to take a chance and make a move on Sherri. He had decided to confess his true feelings and hoped Sherri would understand and respond positively. He gathered up the courage to tell Sherri and slowly built up to his confession. 

 Before Arron could get the words out, Sherri told him that she had already figured out what was going on. She admitted that she had developed strong feelings for him too but never wanted to put him in an uncomfortable situation. She also said she respected their relationship and did not want to get in the way of that. 

 Aaron couldn't believe it. He was finally given a chance to have a relationship with Sherri, the one he wanted all along, but he felt conflicted about going against the woman he was already with. He asked himself if it was worth it and if it was truly what he wanted. 

  Aaron took a deep breath and made a decision. He said goodbye to his old life and moved forward with Sherri, even though he knew it would be a tough journey. He made it work with Sherri, and they shared a strong bond, full of joy, laughter, and trust with children. Aaron was happy with his decision and enjoyed every minute he spent with his new love. 

  At the end of the day, Aaron asked himself one question - was it worth it to take a chance and break his relationship with his girlfriend in order to pursue his love for Sherri.
